Plan by Waves, Not Hours
Create a workday plan that alternates demanding work with renewal instead of treating all hours as equal.
The reframe: time is the container; energy is the operating system. Wave 1: spend your cleanest attention Use the first strong block for work that punishes shallow thinking: writing a recommendation, resolving a thorny tradeoff, reviewing a contract, or designing a plan. Do not warm up with twelve tiny tasks unless those tasks are truly urgent.
