Run a controlled PDCA loop for 3D material iteration.
The move: make lookdev iteration controlled enough to learn from. Material work rewards exploration, but uncontrolled exploration burns time. PDCA gives the exploration a loop. Plan the hypothesis. Do one controlled change. Check against reference in the target lighting and distance. Act by keeping, reverting, or changing the next hypothesis. This matters because materials are multi-variable.
