Commit to a Low-Effort Update Cadence

Create a concrete aftersales commitment using Customer Effort Score (CES).

Create a customer update commitment that reduces chasing and repeated explanation. Use this for delayed claims, missing parts, refunds, replacements, and escalated complaints. My low-effort commitment: When a customer has contacted us twice about the same aftersales issue, I will name one owner, confirm what they do not need to repeat, and give the next update time before the call or message ends. In 3 days, review whether you used the trigger and what happened. A repeat repair where the customer has already had two visits for the same issue.
