Close the loop with PDCA observability
Design an agent workflow with measurable Plan, Do, Check, and Act signals.
The move: make every run part of a loop. Plan Name the hypothesis, release scope, expected benefit, and risk threshold before the agent starts. A plan might say: save two analyst hours per day while keeping factual defects below three percent. Do Run on a controlled slice first. Capture tool calls, source documents, retries, exceptions, and human overrides so the run can be inspected later. Check Sample the outputs. Tag defect types.
