Run a premortem before the agent launch
Use a premortem to identify likely agent failures and convert them into controls.
An executive-briefing agent will suggest meeting times, draft invitations, and coordinate internal prep calls. Premortem: assume the launch failed, name why, then convert the likely failures into controls. The common trap is to brainstorm generic risks such as bad output or user confusion.
