Build a balanced season review using financial, customer, internal process, and learning metrics.
The move: review the business, not just the crop. A Balanced Scorecard looks at performance from four angles: financial, customer, internal process, and learning/capability. Agribusiness managers need this because short-term agricultural wins can mask operating debt. A yield spike can hide overtime. Fast packing can hide rework.
