Map the cold chain with SCOR
Use SCOR process categories to diagnose an agribusiness supply-chain performance gap.
The move: diagnose the chain before you blame a link. SCOR divides supply-chain work into Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, and Enable. For agribusiness, those categories are practical because quality is often created or destroyed across handoffs.
