Build the maker-checker loop
Design a maker-checker workflow for an AI-assisted work product.
Marketing needs a product claims sheet for Sales by Thursday. AI can draft it quickly, but the output may include unsupported technical claims. Maker-checker with RACI: Responsible drafts, Accountable approves, Consulted experts verify, Informed users receive only approved output. The common trap is assuming that because AI made the draft faster, review can stay informal. In reality, faster drafting increases the need for a named checker.
