Use usefulness and ease as separate tests
Diagnose AI adoption friction using perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.
The move: do not confuse value resistance with usability friction. TAM says technology acceptance is strongly shaped by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. In plain workplace terms: "Will this make my job better?" and "Can I use it without fighting the workflow?" Both must be true often enough for behavior to repeat. The grid changes your next move.
