Treat AI adoption as transition, not installation
Distinguish the external AI change from the internal transition people must make.
The rollout date is not the adoption date. Bridges' Transition Model says people move through three human stages: endings, the neutral zone, and new beginnings. That distinction matters in AI change because the system may be live while the team is still psychologically between old competence and new competence. Endings Name what is ending without mocking it.
