Frame an AI change with a credible urgency case instead of fear or novelty.
Urgency is a case for movement, not a scare tactic. Kotter's model starts with creating a sense of urgency because change competes with daily work. People do not adopt AI because a leader says it is strategic. They adopt when the pain of the current way and the promise of the new way are both specific enough to matter.
