The reframe: AI is a capable assistant inside a human-owned workflow. A fluent answer can feel finished because it has the shape of finished work. That is the trap. Fluency is not evidence, approval, policy fit, or judgment. The responsible pattern is to decide three things before using AI: what job the model is doing, what evidence it may rely on, and what review gate must happen before the output is used.
