Start With the Ops Question, Not the Model
Frame an AI healthcare-ops use case with an aim, measure, and small test before selecting tooling.
The move: turn the AI idea into an improvement question before you turn it into a tool decision. Aim before automation Start with a narrow operational aim. Name the workflow, the population, the baseline, the target, and the date. "Reduce referral turnaround" is too loose. "Reduce cardiology referral ready-for-review time for Clinic B from 26 hours to 8 hours by July 15" is inspectable. Measures before momentum Use at least two measures.
