Treat the model as a process change
Plan an AI deployment as a controlled process change with PDCA checkpoints.
The reframe: deploying AI is changing the process, not installing a widget. Plan Name the process step, the role affected, the data source, the expected benefit, and the stop condition. If the model recommends a setup, who sees it, who accepts it, and what evidence must be logged? Do Pilot the change where the blast radius is small. Use one line, one product family, one shift, or one planner. The point is to create real evidence without forcing the whole operation to absorb uncertainty.
