Build a grant prompt from the change pathway

A vague grant prompt produces generic mission language and unsupported impact claims. Theory-of-change prompting: outcome -> evidence -> assumption -> boundary The common trap is asking AI to write persuasively before you have told it which claims the organization can actually support.
