Minimize data before you prompt
Apply privacy risk thinking to decide what nonprofit data should be removed before using AI.
The move: treat every prompt as a data decision. Nonprofits often hold trust-rich data. People share information because they believe the organization will use it for mission-aligned care, not because they agreed to unrestricted experimentation. AI work has to honor that context.
