Start with theory of change before the tool
Use a theory of change to frame a nonprofit AI use case before selecting a tool or prompt.
The move: make AI answer to the mission logic before it answers to the prompt. A nonprofit's work usually depends on a sequence of human changes: trust, access, skill, confidence, stability, participation, or advocacy. AI does not replace that sequence. It can support a piece of it when the team can name the piece. Name the outcome first Start with the long-term result and work backward.
