Answer the “RAG will fix our mess” objection
Respond clearly when someone assumes retrieval tooling can compensate for poor knowledge hygiene.
A teammate argues that once you have RAG or file search, there is no need to spend time curating notes, labeling files, or removing stale documents. “Semantic search is smart now.
