Rewrite AI language from person to system
Rewrite human-like AI descriptions into mechanism-and-limits language.
A team changes AI product copy so users stop treating the tool like a human judge. Before: the tool is framed like a human hiring partner. After: the tool supports criteria review and human judgment. Human-like noun removed. "Partner" became "assistant," which lowers the cue that the system has social judgment or accountability. Mind verbs replaced. "Knows great talent" became "ranks resumes against stated criteria," which names mechanism instead of imagined understanding. Review boundary added.
