Run orchestration as a PDCA loop
Use PDCA to define, test, review, and improve an AI orchestration workflow.
The move: give the orchestration a learning rhythm. PDCA is simple, but it prevents a common AI operations mistake: confusing deployment with improvement. An AI workflow is not done when the agents run. It is done when the team has evidence that the workflow produces a better result under the intended conditions. Plan Name the outcome, baseline, guardrails, scope, and owner. Example: reduce sales research cycle time while preserving source traceability. Do Run a small, representative test.
