Goal repair Use when the model solved the wrong job. Add the outcome, decision, or task verb. Context repair Use when the answer is aimed at the wrong audience or situation. Add reader, stakes, stage, and constraints. Source repair Use when the answer is generic or unsupported. Add source boundaries, citations, and uncertainty rules. Format repair Use when the answer is unusable or rambling. Add sections, length, table fields, or bullet count. Example repair Use when style or judgment is off. Add a good example, an anti-example, and copy/do-not-copy rules.
