Use a scale gate, not a launch date
Apply a three-gate decision walk to decide whether an AI pilot is ready to scale.
Scale pressure The AI pilot hit its end date. Activity is high, but champion questions are piling up and only two managers have practiced the review workflow. A launch date is not evidence that the next cohort can succeed.
