Run the first ops scan with PDCA
Use PDCA to structure a daily airport operations scan with one testable adjustment.
The move: make the huddle produce one controlled test, not a wall of updates. PDCA is a four-step cycle: Plan, Do, Check, Act. In an airport operations rhythm, Plan names the condition to improve and the expected effect. Do runs one narrow adjustment. Check uses a signal that can be observed during the same operating period.
