Create a psychologically safe turnaround huddle that still preserves operational accountability.
The move: make speaking up part of performance, not an interruption to performance. Psychological safety is not comfort without standards. In a high-consequence airport environment, it is the permission to surface reality early enough that the team can still meet the standard. Name the signal categories People speak up faster when the invitation is specific. Instead of "raise concerns," name the categories: FOD, clearance, fuel, doors, PRM assistance, security access, crowding, unattended items, weather exposure, and asset faults.
