Presence is behavioral trust

Explain why VR presence depends on spatial consistency and plausible events, not just visual realism.

Plausibility The environment needs to respond in ways that make sense. Doors should open from the correct side. Tools should be reachable. Characters should react. For training and operations, spend realism budget where it affects judgment.
