Use Pareto analysis to identify the comeback category that deserves first improvement focus.
A shop logged 28 comebacks last quarter and wants to reduce return visits without creating a huge policy for every repair type. Pareto analysis: sort categories by count, focus first on the vital few, then test a countermeasure. The common trap is reacting to the most recent or most emotional comeback.
