Build your well with 5S, not hope
Set up a bartender well using 5S so the busiest drinks require fewer searches, reaches, and resets.
The move: design the well so the right action is the easiest action. 5S gives a bartender a practical way to build mise en place. Sort asks what actually belongs in the live well for this shift. A backup bottle, a broken peeler, and three open straw sleeves may all be nearby, but if they are not used during live production they create search and spill risk.
