Build the IND evidence table

Convert a pre-IND asset summary into an evidence table that separates biology, nonclinical safety, CMC, and clinical protocol readiness.

A pre-IND package is summarized as a long mixed list. Governance needs to know whether the asset is ready, blocked, or ready with constraints. IND evidence table: biology -> nonclinical safety -> CMC -> clinical protocol The common trap is counting completed bullets instead of checking whether each evidence lane supports the human-testing plan. Step 1 Separate every bullet by evidence lane: biology, nonclinical, CMC, or clinical protocol.
