Immutability means tamper-evidence, not perfection
Use confidentiality, integrity, and availability to explain the security trade-offs of blockchain records.
The reframe: immutable is not the same as secure. Use the CIA triad whenever a blockchain proposal says "secure." Confidentiality is about who can see information. Integrity is about whether information can be changed without authorization or detection. Availability is about whether the system can be used when needed.
