Create an if-then recovery experiment for the next two workdays.

Run a two-day recovery experiment using an if-then plan. A specific workday moment where recovery usually gets skipped. When [specific work cue] happens, I will [12-15 minute recovery action] to create [detachment, relaxation, mastery, or control].
