Run a one-variable sensitivity test

Calculate and explain a switching value for a key business-case assumption.

A service redesign costs $300,000. The base case assumes a 30 percent repeat-call reduction worth $210,000 per year for two years. The case breaks even when annual benefit falls to $126,000. Move the uncertain assumption until value changes sign; then govern that assumption. The weak move is to show best, base, and worst cases without saying what assumption flips the recommendation.
