Describe unmonetized benefits with evidence, scale, timing, and decision relevance.
The move: do not force every benefit into dollars. Name The Effect Describe the benefit in operational terms: less regulatory exposure, faster evidence retrieval, higher employee confidence, cleaner customer handoff. Show The Evidence Use counts, examples, customer requests, audit findings, survey data, or incident history. The evidence does not have to be perfect, but it should be visible. State The Decision Impact Explain how the benefit changes the decision. Does it justify a safer option, faster timing, a broader rollout, or a condition on approval?
