Complete a BIA row with activity, impact threshold, minimum capacity, dependencies, and recovery target.
The payroll row says only "Payroll system - critical - ASAP." That tells no one what impact threshold, minimum capacity, data point, or dependencies matter. Activity -> impact threshold -> minimum capacity -> dependencies -> recovery target The common trap is starting with the application name and a criticality label. That makes every system sound urgent but gives recovery teams no business rule to execute. Activity Define the activity as "process biweekly payroll for 430 employees," not "payroll system."
