The move: pause before release, not after the shop finds the mismatch. A CAD release package has several surfaces where errors hide: the model configuration, drawing view, title block, material note, tolerance block, exported neutral file, and file name. A visual review catches some geometry issues, but it often misses cross-file consistency. A checklist forces the release owner to compare the things that must agree.
