Read the floor before you change the floor

Use PDCA to define a casino floor issue, run a small test, study the result, and standardize only what worked.

The move: treat the busy floor as a testable system, not a place for heroic improvisation. PDCA is a four-part operating rhythm: Plan, Do, Check, Act. In a casino, the discipline is especially useful because the same symptom can have several causes. A roulette crowd may be a promotion effect. A slow poker list may be a seating process problem.
