Make the load-out zone inspection-ready

Use 5S to create a cleaner, safer, faster load-out staging area.

A messy staging zone hides defects until the truck door closes. 5S gives a catering manager a practical way to make the load-out area speak. The point is to build a space where readiness is visible. Anyone should be able to see whether hot boxes, smallwares, signage, allergy kits, paperwork, and rental returns are complete.
