Walk a tasting that goes sideways

Use GROW questions to turn tasting feedback into a bounded menu revision.

Tasting tension The client says the entree feels basic. The chef hears criticism, the family hears risk, and nobody yet knows what needs to change. If you debate the plate too soon, you may fix the wrong thing or turn preference into conflict.
