Reshape a slow flaky test suite

Use the Test Pyramid to decide which checks belong in unit, integration, and end-to-end layers.

The pipeline is slow and noisy because the team uses browser tests for too many defect classes. Many fast unit tests, fewer integration tests, and a small set of high-value end-to-end tests. Keeping every bug-prevention idea as an end-to-end test creates delay and flake that weakens CI trust.
