What is the core logic of 'sell access, not ownership'? The customer pays for use, availability, or outcome while the provider retains enough asset control to maintain, redeploy, and recover value. Watch for utilization, service-level, maintenance, and working-capital economics. What is the core logic of 'extend product life'?
