Respond clearly when stakeholders overstate recycling as the full circular strategy.
A stakeholder is using recyclability as the main reason not to revisit the underlying design or use model. At least we recycle it, so I do not think we need to change the format. Recycling is useful, but it sits below prevention and reuse. The stronger question is whether we can remove, simplify, or keep this in use longer before it becomes waste at all.
