From vibes to a brew log
Record the brew variables needed to repeat or diagnose a coffee run.
The same dial-in, documented two ways. Which one can a teammate repeat? Before: the cup was good, but the log is unusable. After: recipe, process, measurement, and taste are captured. Dose and water mass define brew ratio, so strength changes can be repeated instead of guessed. Grind setting and drawdown connect particle size to flow and extraction. Water temperature and source record the solvent, preventing hidden water changes from masquerading as grind problems.
