Map the Shift Like a Service Blueprint

Map one coffee-shop customer journey into customer actions, frontstage actions, backstage actions, support processes, and visible evidence.

The move: manage the whole service, not just the visible counter. Customer Actions Start with what the guest is trying to do: join the line, scan the menu, order, wait, collect, fix a mistake, or leave. This keeps the map grounded in the customer's goal instead of the cafe's org chart. Frontstage Actions Next, list the actions the guest can see.
