Create a dissent window that improves decisions without creating endless debate.
The move: make dissent a timed part of the process. Open the window Say exactly what kind of concern you want: risk, missing data, customer impact, ethics, feasibility, or reversibility. A vague "any thoughts?" rarely pulls out the hard truth. Protect the dissenter Thank the concern and ask for evidence. Do not punish the person for slowing the room.
