One A per deliverable
Use the Accountable role in RACI to clarify ownership without excluding collaborators.
The move: separate input rights from decision ownership. R: Responsible Responsible people do the work. There may be more than one R, but if there are too many, split the work into smaller deliverables. A: Accountable The A is answerable for the outcome.
