Rank color-grading fixes by audience impact, delivery risk, client priority, and effort.

Fourteen color notes remain with two hours until delivery. Working top-to-bottom will waste time on low-impact notes. Decision matrix: criteria -> weights -> ratings -> fix order The common trap is recency bias: fixing the last note someone noticed rather than the note most likely to block delivery or damage trust.
