Work a missed-restroom pattern with DMAIC

Apply the DMAIC sequence to turn a recurring restroom complaint into a defined, measured, analyzed, improved, and controlled process.

A downtown office account received four restroom complaints in ten days. Complaints mention empty paper, counter splashes, and odor by mid-afternoon, even though nightly inspection photos show restrooms reset at 10 p.m. DMAIC: Define the service gap, Measure the real pattern, Analyze the drivers, Improve the process, and Control the new standard.
