Turn restroom complaints into a PDCA loop

Use the PDCA cycle to test and standardize a small improvement for recurring restroom quality complaints.

The move: stop closing the same ticket; start improving the process. PDCA stands for Plan, Do, Check, Act. In commercial cleaning, it turns a complaint into a controlled experiment. You plan a narrow change, do it for a short period, check evidence, and act on what the evidence says. Use it when the problem repeats: restroom odor, missed conference rooms, inconsistent trash pulls, fingerprints after lunch traffic, supply-outs, or inspection scores that bounce by supervisor.
