Write a removal note with SBI
Transform a vague removal note into a specific SBI-based moderation note.
The starting note is too vague: "Removed for hostility." The member does not know which behavior to change. SBI removal note: Situation -> Behavior -> Impact -> allowed next step The common trap is to use a moderator conclusion, such as hostile or bad faith, as if it were evidence. That makes the member argue with your label instead of understanding the behavior. Situation Name the exact thread or moment: "In the vendor comparison thread..."
