A senior leader says, "Culture should happen organically. If we design it, it becomes fake." Culture should happen organically; deliberate culture work feels forced. Culture is already being taught by our rituals, recognition, approvals, and leader behavior. The real choice is not organic versus designed. It is drift versus deliberate.
