Start with the espoused value Take the value exactly as the organization says it: trust, ownership, inclusion, speed, learning, or customer focus. Do not improve the wording yet. First test whether the existing system already supports it. Inspect the workflow around it Look at approvals, meeting agendas, dashboards, hiring rubrics, escalation paths, and recognition habits.
